The Re(a)d Trio
The Re(a)d Trio is a woodwind trio dedicated to amplifying voices of underrepresented composers through creative, inclusive programming and engaging performance.
The Re(a)d Trio is made up of three performers, Eric Giles, Brian Do, and Alex Meaux. These members also perform in numerous ensembles such as The Shades Wind Quintet, Maryland Chamber Winds, and the noise2signal ensemble. Most recently, the trio was featured at the National Association of College Wind and Percussion Instructors(2021) and the International Double Reed Society(2022), with their program Dancing Winds – Latin American Reed Trios.
